I Work When I'm Brain Dead

I've been working on textures alot lately. Mostly the mundane type that I need to do anyhow, but sometimes I like to get artistic.

I'll cruise through deviantart.com or tour the design pages online and just be left sort of.. "in a mind coma". That's when I'll settle in and fiddle around in GIMP. I was a Photoshop girl for years but honestly I really can't afford to upgrade and some months ago I began to play around with GIMP. Now that I've gotten the hang of it I can honestly say that I like it better. I really have no idea if that is because it IS better or because I've actually gotten better at it. :) You decide, but either way this is a sample of some of the things I like to do in the dead of the night to express myself.

Bonita, it's the place I hung my hat.

I'm putting my mainland parcel up for sale. I have scaled up the size of my Main Store and I need to sell the mainland parcel [For Sale: 3,824 sqm - 875 prims - $9000 L [All Prims Incl.] to avoid my next months tier.

So I've set it at a steal and I am including all the prims too. So in the image is the Jessentials .:Sweetheart's Picnic:. Set and two sculpted trees (I made myself!) plus a cluster of pines, these are included in the purchase price.

Picturesque in Tableau; "Love Me Two times Baby"

I rode a bicycle around Tableau this evening for a while to clear my head. I still feel the stress but it isn't nearly as large. And hey, there's always tomorrow right? And Hey.. that sure is an awesome sim!

Useless post with a pretty picture framed in Turnip Sorbet's very nice build on Tableau. (I'm practicing redundancy!)

The Nouveau Garden Skybox is an understated and versatile home for
you in the sky. It's low prim, ringing in at only 46 of them, and has a
new added touch of smooth sliding drapes for the large windows. This adds
that extra touch of privacy and charm in a deep ocean tone. I designed
this particular build with a couple things in mind. The first was 'white
and wood', the second was wanting a good setting (either on the roof or
inside) to bring the wilds of Second Life to my world.

I live in the Nouveau skybox myself and I really ought to post some pics. ^_^
